Paying for parking? Check who you pay.

Scammers ride on other people's car parks. Four things give them away.

We accept payments only at pay.bonzpatrol.cz. Nowhere else, by no other means. If anything sends you elsewhere — a sticker, an SMS, a ticket under the wiper, a person with a card terminal — it is not from us.

In doubt? support@bonzpatrol.cz No penalty applies while we verify.

Don’t get caught out.

Four scams that really do the rounds around car parks.

Four short stories. One safe destination: PAY.BONZPATROL.CZ

  • 01STICKER OVER THE QR CODE

A large blue Parking Agreement sign with its genuine printed QR code partly covered by a fraudulent QR-code sticker.

In fact: The QR code must be printed directly on the sign.

  • 02FAKE PAYMENT PAGE

A comparison of the fraudulent address PAY.BONZPATRO1.CZ, using the digit one, with the official address PAY.BONZPATROL.CZ.

In fact: The address must be exactly PAY.BONZPATROL.CZ and show the HTTPS padlock.

  • 03WINDSCREEN NOTICE AND TEXT

A fraudulent notice under a windscreen wiper and a scam text message, both showing the short address bit.ly/park-pay.

In fact: Our notice always includes the licence plate, violation date, case reference and supporting evidence.

  • 04ON-SITE PAYMENT

A person at a barrier-free car park offers to take cash or process a payment on a handheld card terminal.

In fact: We do not accept cash on site, card details by phone, vouchers or cryptocurrency.

The only official payment address PAY.BONZPATROL.CZ

§ What to do

When something looks off.

  1. Do not pay.Not even “just in case”. A payment made to a scammer is hard to recover.
  2. Photograph it.The covered QR code, the ticket, the SMS, the sign — anything asking you to pay.
  3. Write to us.At support@bonzpatrol.cz. We will verify the demand and the payment details. No penalty runs against you while we check.

A genuine payment demand from us always carries the vehicle registration, the date of the breach and a case reference. The official QR code is printed directly on the permanent signage at the entrance — never on a sticker.
